Membership Types (In Brief)

• Primary Membership - For REALTORS® only- Dues include NAR, Florida REALTORS®  and CFCAR dues plus Florida REALTORS®  and CFCAR New Member Application Fees. 

• Secondary Membership - For REALTORS® only- NAR & Florida REALTORS® dues paid through another board. CFCAR Membership is to gain CFCAR member benefits only. 

• Institute Affiliate Membership - Licensees who have a designation (CCIM, SIOR, CPM, etc.) are eligible to join at a discounted rate. (Please contact Association Executive Debbie Colangelo at admin@cfcar.net for more information.)

• CFCREA Membership:  For real estate agents or brokers who are not designated as a REALTOR® or whose Broker is not a REALTOR®.

• Affiliate Membership - Licensees who do not wish to be REALTORS, or non-licensed suppliers of services to brokers and agents may join our sister organization, CFCREA, to get CFCAR benefits, including being listed in our online member directory.

NOTE:  Memberships are prorated based on month of joining. REALTOR® members who renew late will be required to pay for the entire year or member benefits will be impacted. A charge will be applied for late renewals. 

REALTOR®  Memberships

If you would like to apply for a REALTOR® membership, please read our Terms and Conditions by clicking HERE. 

Membership fees vary from $250 to $652, based on whether you select a Primary REALTOR® or Secondary REALTOR® Membership, whether you are a New REALTOR® and whether you are New REALTOR® in the State of Florida.

If you are not a current REALTOR®, you may be obligated to make additional payments above the $250.  For 2024, these fees will total no more than $652 (including the $250).  You will need to pay those fees within ten (10) days of billing.  If you fail to make the full payments required, your application will be designated as a CFCREA Member.

If you are not a Broker, and your Broker is not currently a REALTOR® Member of CFCAR, and does not join CFCAR, you will automatically become a member of CFCREA.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Membership Rates below are for memberships commencing in 2024. If payment is not received by April 1st, late fees and processing fees may apply.  

Florida Realtors® Board of Directors approved $30 dues increase for 2025 from $116 to $146 (Assessment will remain $30).   National Assn of Realtors® will not have an increase in dues or campaign assessment for 2025.
