We are the overall “go-to” commercial real estate organization. We complement and work with all the other commercial real estate groups including NAIOP, CCIM, SIOR, CREW and IREM to promote a unified approach to commercial real estate.
CFCAR promotes deal-making for members, clients, and sponsors through promotions, social and business events (Real Estate Outlook, Deal Making Panels), training, commercial information exchange (CIE) and website presence. We are a regular source of pertinent topics and speakers along with regular social events for networking, building relations & friendships, and making deals.
For REALTOR® members:
CFCAR dues include automatic membership into the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and Florida REALTORS® (FR) for REALTOR® members. We will use NAR and FR and their considerable political and national platforms to improve our business as well as providing members with many discounts on services. As a participating member, we benefit from free legal services, technology support, access to updated real estate forms, data systems, and a special relationship with CREXI to provide us with a commercial listing platform.
CFCAR provides specialized tools and training to our members to grow their business including help in getting their CCIM, SIOR, IREM, CIPS or any other designations that they would like to earn.
CFCAR promotes regional recognition of CRE professionals. The Annual Hallmark Awards recognize the “Best of the Best” in all categories of commercial real estate…you do not need to be a member to receive one of these prestigious awards.
