Renew with CFCAR for 2026
Thank you for being a member of the Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS®. Annual billing for the next calendar year is OPEN. Invoices will be posted in your Member Portal and are due by November 30, 2026. After January 1st, a $100 reinstatement fee will be added to your account and your membership may be suspended from REALTOR® membership services. Renewals are non-refundable.

Membership Types (In Brief)
Primary Membership
For REALTOR® members only - Dues include NAR, Florida REALTORS® and CFCAR dues.
Secondary Membership
For REALTOR® members only - NAR & Florida REALTORS® dues paid through another board. CFCAR Membership is to gain CFCAR member benefits only.
Affiliate Membership
Are you looking to promote your products and services to an engaged audience? Institute Affiliate Membership
Licensees who have a designation (CCIM, SIOR, CPM, etc.) are eligible to join at a discounted rate through the Institute.
