The American Rescue - Virtual Lunch & Learn

The American Rescue Plan provides several important relief measures for commercial real estate, including:

• Additional funding for the federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program;
• Additional funding for the SBA PPP and EIDL loans; and
• Grants for restaurants and venues impacted by the pandemic. 

In addition to that, there have been several executive actions taken by the Administration to make relief easier for small businesses to access. 

Presenter Erin Stackley – National Association of REALTORS®, Advocacy Group

Erin Stackley is the Senior Policy Representative for Commercial Issues at the National Association of REALTORS®.  She has been with NAR since 2012.  She handles NAR’s commercial federal issues, including commercial real estate financing, small business lending, Qualified Opportunity Zones, the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program (TRIP), and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) regulations.  Erin received her B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University, and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.  She is a member of the Virginia State Bar.  Prior to joining NAR, she held positions in the House of Representatives and the Department of Defense, and for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).
